Biography

Barcelona, 1975, this young man was born under the sign of Leo. At age thirteen his interest in music takes him to acquire his first records and only one year later he reveals his ability for music performing as a Dj in a regular basis.

During this first stage 1993-1994 he performed as a Dj in clubs like TOQUE BCN, SOUND BCN, ZELESTE, STANDARD, G&G.In 1994 for the first time he promotes several events with Xplosion. As a promoter & resident DJ he started CONFUSE CLUB in Barcelona. Hosting exclusively the PLANET VISION TOUR and KURBEL TOUR @ Confuse. Summer of 2000 Hugo del Cano organizes his first Confuse @Ibiza party where he fuses dance, performance and music.

2001 was the year that Hugo decided to make a change in his music style & wanted to concentrate exclusively on harder, more impressive and impecable sounds. His sets include a large variety of the present more frenetic rhythms such as minimal techno, some strokes of German techno and tech-house.
- summer 2001 he organizes & resident DJ @ LIQUID- a pool party with 2000 party-people playing, dancing with Marc Frigola and Deepest.

- In September 2001, during the B. PARADE (the love parade of SPAIN) he organizes a truck to participate & DJ’s at this massive event with over 50.000 people. In his lasts performances he shared billposter with worldwide known artists such as PASCAL FEOS, MASSIMO, SAVAS PASCALIDIS or RICHARD BARTZ.
